Dawn Nelson, Certified Fitness Instructor & Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, to hold a donation-based YogaFaith class to benefit Safe Haven's domestic violence shelter. It will be held at Hampstead Women's Club, 14435 Hwy 17, Hampstead, NC, 6-7 pm. Free to attend, and donations are welcome.
