About the Event

Our 23rd Annual Silent Witness March and Dedication will be held honoring Berks County Pennsylvania victims of domestic violence. The event will begin at 255 Chestnut St., Reading, Pa. at 11 AM, where we will march with life-sized silhouettes to the Miller Center, followed by the program and lunch.
